• Click on the Start button at the lower left of your screen.
• Move the mouse to the Programs item.
• A menu will appear. Look for the Bloat Buster folder, and select the Bloat Buster icon under it.

After you start Bloat Buster, and it finishes scanning your computer, click on the Cleanup Wizard button at the top left, and follow the instructions on the screen.

No. If you run the cleanup wizard, it will perform all optimizations related to startup programs and system settings automatically. Also, at the end of the cleanup wizard, it will show a list of installed programs that are slowing down your computer, if it detects any.

You only need to click on the Programs button if you want to manually adjust which programs startup on your computer, or view the installed programs.
